This two days trade fair offers a great opportunity to meet 100 wine estates from the Loire valley, France and abroad committed to the principles of an agriculture that respects the living world, certified organic and/or biodynamic. See you on 11 and 12 February 2024, from 10am to 7pm.
For this second edition of the organic and biodynamic wine fairs in Paris, we've come up with some original events to delight your taste buds and support you in your work as a wine connoisseur.

A gentle tasting experience 


Wine and food pairings with pastries? More than just a fad or a curiosity, this idea opens up a whole host of gustatory possibilities. Jardin Sucré's excellent pastry chefs, Mélanie and Arnaud Mathez, will surprise you with their creations, and with the wines chosen to accompany them. A tasty adventure hosted by X to take a different approach to the know-how of winegrowers.


How do you talk about biodynamics?


If you're a wine merchant or sommelier, you've probably been asked: what is a biodynamic wine? Isn't Demeter a cult? What's the difference with the organic label? And I'm sure you've heard other questions and assertions symptomatic of a general lack of understanding of what biodynamic viticulture is all about. To help you respond to all sensitivities in your daily life, we offer two 30-minute interactive training sessions. Valentin Mery, ex-caviste and member of the Demeter France team, will give you the elements you need to see things more clearly. You'll be able to better connect the winemakers whose cuvées you share with your curious customers.
